Role and Responsibilities


This position coordinates and ensures compliance to the Face - to - Face client visit with their primary care physician requirement. This role involves coordination and follow-up with clinical staff and physicians.





Essential Functions


+ Process Workflow in HCHB to produce Face - to - Face documents for physician signature , in accordance with the regulations.

+ Run reports and monitor compliance of returned forms and review for adequacy of documentation to meet the intent of federal regulation s .

+ Coordinate with physicians/physician ’s office staff and HCR clinical staf f , as needed , to procure forms not completed .

+ Review returned documentation to ensure clinical components of the requirements are met. <...
