In charge of Design Team to carry out façade design works.
Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet the standard requirements, specifications and within scope of works.
Identify additional work/variations to the Project Manager / Contract Manager for processing/approval of the variation order.
Coordinate between Design Team, Consultants, Main Contractor and other contractors.
Assist site team in resolution of site clashes.
Participate in workshops and lead, review and comment of shop drawings in terms of constructability, sequencing and ensure quality of the design is maintained throughout.
Manage the design change process to ensure minimal impact to project schedule and minimize cost impacts as a result of such design change.
Resolve any unforeseen interface problems throughout the various design phases.
