Production Supervisor – custom signage

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and schedules all departmental activities in the Fabrication department to maximize efficiencies.
• Executes Planning Schedule in Fabrication to deliver on time.
• Helps train, supervise and evaluate staff to company standards.
• Ensures appropriate cross training is in place for smooth operation of the entire production department.
• Helps keep the Fabrication department staff focused, motivated and productive.
• Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Helps keep costs of the Fabrication department within an approved budget (purchase approval obtained when necessary).
• Maintains up-to-date procedures for the Fabrication department.
• Reviews work orders and accompanying materials, ensuring all information is present/obtained from the sales/design department as needed.
