Talent Space, Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Manufacturing Technical for Night Shift (9pm-9am) in Santa Rosa!



Duties:

Handles manufacturing tasks with clearly defined goals, applying foundational technical knowledge to resolve process issues. Responsible for planning and coordinating efficiency production activities while exercising sound judgement. Addresses a wide range of manufacturing challenges with varying levels of scope and complexity.



Skills:

Follows verbal and written instructions and adheres to established workflow processes. Maintains a working knowledge of company policies and applies basis technical understanding to support at least one manufacturing area. Clearly understands and communicates routine information within the department with minimal need for discussion. Proficient in fundamental Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.
