Primary responsibility is to continuously improve and lead on assigned projects. **Supervise and train** apprentices and journeyman on your team. Maintain and update required drawings, specs, and documents. Work within assigned team to develop and execute projects and to promote increased skills throughout your assigned crew(s). Must have a valid 6GR welding certification or ability to pass 6GR prior prior to hire.
