Fabric Technician

Responsibilities:

When working as a Fabric Technician you will be required to undertake a range of maintenance and light repairs.

Elements of carpentry, installs, grid ceilings, decorating, making good

You should be competent in basic plumbing, basic electrics, carpentry repairs and ensuring the facility is kept up to a good standard.

Respond to Building fabric and grounds emergency repairs as needed and assisting colleagues and the team where required.

You will be required to completed PPMs and reactive maintenance on this site.

Requirements:

CSCS card

Own hand tools and equipment

This job role is working in a facility in Guildford

MONDAY- FRIDAY. 08:00-16:30pm
