We're looking for a Fabric Technician who will undertake fabric-related duties throughout County Hall and ensure the site is maintained to the highest standards.
Role Responsibilities:
Complete general fabric PPM tasks as per the site planner

Undertake fabric repairs within SLA times, including small redecoration works, painting, door furniture, door closures, locks, filling and making good, and minor woodworking

Record job status accurately using the PDA

Maintain the client's premises to the highest standard through a proactive approach to repairs
