Fabric Engineer (Foot Mobile – 8 Central London Sites)

Working Pattern: Foot mobile (maximum 2 sites per day)

We are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a foot mobile basis across 8 high-profile commercial sites in Central London.

This role will involve carrying out a wide range of general building fabric maintenance tasks across multiple Landmark properties, ensuring all sites are maintained to a high standard of presentation, safety, and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a variety of handy-person duties including basic carpentry, minor plumbing, painting and decorating, door and lock repairs, ceiling tile replacement, patch repairs, and general fabric upkeep.
