You ll be managing a staff of technical operations individuals responsible for assembling and testing state-of-the-art Microwave hardware. As VSS, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, and cultivating talented staff members in support of the F35 platform. Monitoring performance across critical KPIs such as safety, security, quality, cost, and delivery to name a few.
We are looking for a servant leader with a passion for mentoring employees and driving total ownership of their factory performance. Candidates with a continuous improvement mindset and some manufacturing experience to draw from will be strongly considered.
