**Job Description**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pick/Pack Associate to work in a cold storage warehouse environment. This role requires comfort working in cold temperatures and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

**Work Environment:**

+ Cold storage warehouse
+ Temperature averages **34°F**
+ Must be comfortable working in cold conditions for the duration of the shift

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Pick and pack products accurately according to order specifications
+ Prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner
+ Perform general warehouse duties as needed
+ Follow all safety and food handling guidelines
+ Complete other duties as assigned

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Ability to **lift 50+ pounds**
+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
