Job Summary

Our Office of Operations is seeking an experienced candidate to lead the operational planning and execution of all F1 car projects, from design release through to track delivery, ensuring realistic production schedules, resource alignment, and milestone achievement in line with the overall car strategy defined by the Programme Office. The role covers launch cars and in‑season developments, working closely with Production Delivery, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Build, and Test & Validation teams to coordinate dependencies and maintain programme momentum.
