REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a 4-star hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banqueting, and food service operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest relations and customer service ability
- Strong understanding of stock control, purchasing, cost management, and budgeting
- Experience with staff training, performance management, and scheduling
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Professional, hands-on, and service-driven approach
- Own transport essential
- Stable employment history preferred
