**Description:**
You will be the F-35 Line of Business Eng. (LoBE) Team Proj Eng. Sr. Staff Lead for the team which is responsible for delivering high‑impact engineering solutions that enable F‑35 modification readiness.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the F-35 Line of Business Eng. (LoBE) Team Proj Eng. Sr. Staff Lead you will be responsible for guiding mod‑readiness engineering efforts, aligning technical scope with program strategy, and driving integration across teams and suppliers.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Performing EV analysis at the contract level and evaluating impacts to overall engineering for the Mod contracts.
+ Providing technical management and horizontal/vertical integration oversight for the mod effort, including the performing team and suppliers.
