Responsibilities
Pedagogical Support in the Classroom
Co‑facilitation of learning under the guidance of the Lead Teacher, assisting instruction and pedagogical mediation with students individually, in small groups, or during whole‑group management.
Active educational support: prepare materials, organize the classroom, and collaborate closely in monitoring student progress.
Inclusion and diversity: support children with diverse learning needs and/or special educational needs, applying inclusion and differentiation strategies.
Outdoor education: participate in outdoor learning environments, using nature to enhance exploration, well‑being, and early childhood learning.
