Your key responsibilities
As a member of the sector practice at GDS M&A, the person would be providingM&A Advisory services to Global SaT leadersResponsible for leading client interactions, delivery, and relationship building with SaT Global Sector leaders – role would require direct coordination with onshore PPEDs / SMs / MsWork across the entire M&A deal lifecycle from deal origination to closure, including transaction screening, proposals, pitch books, industry research, precedent transactions and comparative, valuation analysis, opportunity papers, Information Memorandums etc.Should have worked on creating financial (M&A) modelsManage a t...
