EXTRUSION OPERATOR - SWING SHIFT

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Extrusion team's swing shift at our New Haven production facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS

General


+ Support Kwik Lok production activities through the manufacture of Kwik Lok closures with a focus on continuing improvement of quality, food safety, and manufacturing processes.
+ Run orders as assigned by Production Management in the proper sequence.

+ Follow all company established food safety and quality guidelines and procedures.

+ Ensure the quality of product through constant monitoring regarding color, thickness of material, and free of any defects.
