- Support the development and maintenance of digital content for learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives;
- Ensure the structured and consistent organization and maintenance of documents, databases, and relevant information;
- Assist in project coordination by monitoring tasks, deadlines, and progress;
- Provide support in the use of digital collaboration, communication, and project management tools;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes while also providing administrative support to the team’s activities.
