Our client, a home builder, located in London, Ontario, is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager. Reporting directly to the Vice President and VP of Operations, the Finance and Accounting Manager oversees all activities within the Finance Department, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, cash flow management, and full cycle accounting across multiple entities. The role is responsible for month-end and year-end financial activities, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate and compliant financial records. Through strong analytical thinking and sound financial oversight, this position supports informed decision-making while ensuring financial visibility and stability across the organization.
