Position Overview
onsemi is currently seeking a hands-on Assembly Process Engineer to join our External Manufacturing team with a focus on assembly processes, preferably with experience in DA, WB or mold process. In this role, you will leverage your strong expertise in leading cost savings initiative across multiple subcons. This position will be based in Penang subcon office and report to External Manufacturing Manager in KL.
Subcon operation management – focus on delivering best-in class subcon performance in quality, yield, delivery Experience in assembly FOL and/or EOL processes, with expertise in either DA, WB or mold.
