WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
PAYROLL & COMPLIANCE:
Executes the payroll cycle ensuring all processes and controls are completed on time and resource is planned accordingly. Rectifying errors as they occur and escalating if appropriate.Resolves complex queries (Payroll, Social Insurance, PIT) which involve a detailed explanation of payroll calculations and or related legislation and validation of payroll calculations.Executes annual processes, e.g. pay and bonus cycle, PIT Finalization, policy/process review, and oversee the reconciliation of payroll costing.W...
