**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group in Bardstown, KY is looking for a **PRN** Advanced Practice Provider to join our Urgent/Express Care. This practice is located right in the center of Bardstown, KY, just 5 minutes from downtown Bardstown. We are looking for someone who has experience in urgent/express care.

**Practice Highlights:**

+ 3 APPs within the clinic
+ Out-patient only
+ High patient satisfaction rating

**Hours of Clinic Operation:**

+ Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
+ Weekends: 9:00am - 5:00pm

**Job Requirements**

License/Certification:
Kentucky Licensure
