Identify and approach potential international customers through international trade fairs, B2B platforms (Alibaba, B2B websites), social media, and business partners.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and conclude export contracts with overseas clients.
Monitor and follow up orders from contract signing through delivery and final payment.
Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer complaints and evaluate customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales support team to resolve issues related to order progress, shipping, and export documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in International Economics, International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong understanding of international trade practices, including Incoterms and international payment methods (L/C, T/T).
