Identify and approach potential customers through international trade fairs, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Alibaba, B2B websites), social media, and business partners.
Prepare quotations, negotiate, and finalize export contracts.
Monitor and manage orders from contract signing to delivery and payment completion.
Coordinate with internal departments to handle customer complaints and measure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales support team to resolve issues related to order progress, logistics, and documentation.
II. Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in International Economics, International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of international trade (Incoterms, international payment methods such as L/C, T/T).
