Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
Processing & monitoring of customer orders for exports from different business units in compliance with legal, country or customer regulations
Fulfillment of customer-specific service agreements and order-related requirements
Responsibility for orders in line with the door-to-door accountability concept and monitoring of delivery reliability
Collaborate with Transport Managers, forwarders, Export Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure smooth, timely shipment execution
