JOB DETAILS

1.Taking care of entire logistics and Supply chain management
2.Complete knowledge of Import and Export procedure Documentation.

3.Monitoring of Exports Pre and Post and informing to clients

4.Resolving the query pertains to shippers. Attending to consignees/Exporters queries relating to status of shipment, arrival/departure of vessels etc.

5.To verify the the contents of Bill of Lading in accordance with the Shipping Bills.

6.To raise the debit note as per the agreed freight at the time of Booking received from Client.

7.To finalise and issue the verified Bill of Lading to client against collection of Instrument towards proceeds.

8.To provide the local CS dept./HO Docs dept. the manifest details timely. Supply Chain Management.
