Position Overview
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Business Management, or any related field
- Male or Female, age 25-35 years old
- 3-5 Years’ Experience or above in sea Freight, Export Customer Service for Freight Forwarding
- Good knowledge for sea freight.
- Good English Communication Skills.
- Understand and able to reading, writing and speaking in English (Chinese is a plus).
- Service mind, Positive attitude, Responsibility and able to work under pressure.
- Follow up the Export information with Sales, Oversea agent, Customer(shipper)
- Booking space with Co-loader/Shipping line and release booking confirmation to shipper
- Submit SI/VGM and others data as require to Co-loader/Shipping line timely
- Follow up shipment schedule and update to related party
- Manage export process under SOP of oversea agent/shipper/sales
