Position Overview
Job purpose
Ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner, review orders for accuracy, and correct plating, take food to tables, and serve as a liaison between kitchen staff, wait staff, and members/guests. Clear and clean tables.
Duties and responsibilities
- Matches order ticket(s)with prepared food items and sides once completed by the kitchen line staff.
- Checks presentation of plates for neatness and inclusion of all ordered items
- Monitors food quality and returns sub-standard items to the kitchen.
