As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
You systematically analyze IT demand and develop a mid‑ to long‑term IT sourcing roadmap.You define, develop, and implement IT sourcing and procurement strategies, including make‑or‑buy decisions as well as single‑, multi‑sourcing, and outsourcing models.You manage the selection, engagement, and continuous development of external IT service providers.You design, negotiate, and take responsibility for contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) together with Procurement and the relevant business units.You ...
