Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting an HVAC Engineer (Expert) for the HVAC division, based at our Lisbon office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop HVAC projects ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and client requirements
• Design efficient and accurate technical solutions aligned with client needs and expectations
• Ensure adherence to defined deadlines for project execution
• Plan work activities and monitor team productivity, ensuring high levels of profitability
• Manage and supervise the assigned team, promoting the professional development of its members
• Develop tools, methodologies, and best practices that improve the division's productivity and results
