Role Overview

The Expert Accounts Payable role efficiently and accurately processes payments in the Accounts Payable department, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role involves identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing automation solutions, and supporting the AP management team to improve overall efficiency and provide excellent customer service. The Expert reports to the Manager Payable Payments and works with a team of five.

Key Responsibilities

• Process assigned payments accurately and in a timely manner, following validation checks, policies, and procedures.
• Apply sound knowledge of foreign payment processing, including compliance with State Bank rules, foreign exchange procedures, and supporting documentation.
