Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Technician, Process Technician, and Product Technician.

Primary Work Areas

Test Department: Turret systems, Post Test equipment, Strip & Test machinery with Pick and Place (P&P) systems, and process equipment. Assembly Operations: Die Prep equipment, Die Attach, Wirebond machinery, QFN Assembly equipment, and Process Engineering tools.

Equipment & Process Technician Responsibilities

• Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downtime.
• Monitor and analyze all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool related issues.
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed.
• Prepare the technical report and summary findings and recommend solutions to technical problems.
