Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
- Run paid advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and sales
- Generate quality leads through social media marketing and online campaigns
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain audience engagement
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and marketing insights
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers
