Responsibilities
- Facilitate new hire, soft skills, product/process, and system training sessions.
- Design and update training materials, manuals, and e‑learning content.
- Conduct training needs assessments and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data.
