Labourpower is recruiting for 5 EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION BUTCHERS for a Specialty Meats facility in Milperra.

Our client is a leader in the specialty smallgoods industry and is building their teams to meet demand. They are looking for staff experienced in both Butchery and production who are looking for a long-term employment/career opportunity.

To be successful for this role you will need;
Previous Butchery Experience – bandsaw, Deboning and exemplary knife skills

Previous Production Experience – mincing, packing machines, ovens, slicers

Excellent employment history within the industry

Strong understanding of HACCP, Food Safety and Hygiene guidelines

Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety

Experience working in temperature-controlled environments
