Position Overview
Responsibilities - Maintain regular client contact through scheduled meetings and update calls.
- Promote Chainex projects via private meetings, public events, and industry forums.
- Handle enquiries and close sales using careful client-qualifying best practices.
- Meet and exceed sales target KPIs set by the Head of Prime Residential.
- Stay informed on market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Monitor competitor projects and assist in identifying new development opportunities.
- Conduct applicant visits to marketing suites and viewings professionally.
- Assist in organizing local and international events and promotional initiatives.
- Support the planning of project campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Identify and manage key referral partners and connectors to drive sales.
