Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our professional firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoicing, follow up on payments, and process supplier bills.
- VAT Compliance: Prepare and assist with VAT filings in accordance with FTA regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Documentation: Ensure all financial records are properly organized and digitally archived.
