The Expansion Markets Sales Manager leads dopay's geographic growth beyond Cairo and
Giza. This is a player-coach role that combines market entry strategy with hands-on selling and
team building. The manager will establish dopay's presence in new governorates, recruit and
develop a local sales team, and build the pipeline infrastructure needed to make new markets
self-sustaining.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can hunt deals independently while
simultaneously standing up a team, and has deep knowledge of Egypt's commercial landscape
outside the capital
Key Responsibilities
β’ Identify, prioritize, and enter new geographic markets outside Cairo and Giza based on
employer density, industry mix, and growth potential.
β’ Personally prospect, pitch, and close deals in new territories during the early market-
entry phase, setting the pace and standard for the team.
