As an Exercise trainer, you enhance the quality of life for seniors by helping them maintain or maximise their physical capabilities and enabling them to live a purposeful life.
You will need to:
Deliver group fitness classes tailored for senior adults, focusing on components such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, balance, and flexibility, including use of HUR exercise machines.Adapt and modify exercises to accommodate various fitness levels, physical conditions, and individual needs, ensuring safety and effectiveness for all participants.Provide clear and encouraging instruction with proper form cues and safety precautions to prevent injuries.Build rapport with seniors and genuinely care about their progress and well-being.Handle basi...
