**Position Overview:**

Responsible for assessing and ensuring the safety of patients participating in therapeutic and cardiac rehabilitation exercise programs. Collaborates with cardiology and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and adjust individualized exercise prescriptions based on each patient’s medical condition and functional capacity. Independently works with cardiac rehabilitation class participants, continuously monitoring vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and physiological responses to exercise, and initiating appropriate medical intervention as needed. Ensures proper and safe use of exercise equipment and maintains compliance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
