This exciting opportunity requires an Exercise Physiologist with strong clinical and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in delivering cardiac rehab services centered around improving quality of life and outcomes.
+ Collaborates on Initial assessment and treatment plan design of both our
outpatient cardiac rehab and Supervised Exercise Therapy for Peripheral Artery
Disease patients.


+ Provides exercise supervision of all cardiac rehab and SET-PAD patients.


+ Assists team in maintaining appropriate exercise guidance to aid in optimal
