Overview:

Overall responsible for repairs and maintenance of Plant & equipment

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of PLC required for this role.
2. Responsible for all Electrical repair jobs related to process equipment, packing machines & material handling systems.
3. Responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenance of all the equipment.
4. Responsible for Engineering spares control & maintenance.
5. Responsible for Implementation of 5S and OEE in his area.
6. Responsible for third party follow up for repairs, spares and AMC
7. Responsible for handling & repairs of electrical machines.
8. Housekeeping & Safety of equipment.
9. Incident reporting & RCA.
10. Machine History card....
