Job Purpose To provide enterprise-level leadership for the Bank’s IT Enablement and Operations functions by driving operational excellence, service reliability, and regulatory compliance across IT shared services. The role is responsible for overseeing the stability, scalability, and performance of the Bank’s core IT infrastructure—including data centres, networks, databases, storage, servers, and end-user computing—ensuring a secure, resilient, and efficient technology environment that supports seamless digital operations and delivers consistent value to business stakeholders, regulators, and customers.
