As an Executive, Telemarketing, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Execute outbound telemarketing activities, including daily calls and campaign outreach to engage prospective customers
Identify and qualify new business leads while supporting the Business Development team in targeting key customer segments
Promote company services through follow-up calls, handling inquiries, and capturing customer interest effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, events, and overall customer engagement initiatives
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and campaign performance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
