• Lead and execute agents' withholding tax payment operations, ensuring highly accurate records, technical classifications, and timely remittance to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM).
• Provide clear tax advisory on WHT applications for all services and handle Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD) calculations for Director fees and allowances.

2. e-Invoicing Business-As-Us-ual (BAU) Governance

• Act as a technical subject matter expert for e-Invoicing BAU , converting IRBM General and Specific Guides into clear business requirements.
• Advise cross-functional internal stakeholders on compliance updates and lead meetings to align operations with digital tax infrastructure workflows.

3. Indirect & Service Tax Management
