Assist customers with all technical queries and issues related to smartphones, iPads, and tablets through various communication channels (inbound, outbound, email, and chat).
Carry out duties professionally and strive to exceed customer expectations.
Possess strong technical knowledge and understanding of smartphone, iPad, and tablet devices, including software, operating systems, and backup procedures.
Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
