Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand hiring needs and proactively source niche IT candidates
- Strong hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and networking
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Recruit for skills like C++, Digital Engineering, ADAS, PLC, and Embedded
Required Qualifications
- UG/PG in any stream
- 3+ years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing expertise in niche technical hiring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
