The Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager will be responsible for strategizing, sourcing, contacting, screening, and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates as per the business requirements. The incumbent will be acting as a strong business and consulting partner, where he/she will partner with the hiring manager for all business lines.
The person will report to Lead - Talent Acquisition. The person will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves working with the internal and external stakeholders across India.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand recruitment requirements and plan strategies considering role dynamics and TAT, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and assess candidates against set criteria.
Handle volume hiring for frontline sales and service roles within defined TAT and monthly targets.
