JOB PURPOSE:

• To support the execution of Strategic Relations initiatives across MISC Group by coordinating stakeholder engagements, consolidating inputs from Business Units and Support Units, and ensuring alignment with Group priorities, governance requirements and messaging consistency.
• Develop, plan and execute effective and efficient stakeholder strategy at enterprise level to ensure:

i) Prioritized efforts and investments

ii) Unified Messaging: Consistent and aligned messaging across all stakeholder groups

iii) Streamlined Processes: Standardize processes and protocols, ensure a coordinated

approach for stakeholder engagements

iv) Strategic Focus: Align stakeholder management efforts with the organization’s broader

strategic objectives, ensuring that engagement initiatives are directly tied to achieving

business goals
