Job Summary
This role is to support the coordination, development, and monitoring of the Operations Division’s strategic plan, performance management framework, and departmental plans, as well as assist in implementing the Balanced Scorecard across Division and Department levels, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting and analysis to support decision‑making.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Performance Management
- Assist in coordinating the preparation of the Operations Division 3‑Year Plan and Departmental Business Plan;
- Support the development and implementation of the Balanced Scorecard framework at Division and Department level;
- Track and monitor KPI achievements and support follow‑up on action plans to address performance gap;
- Assist in preparing Customer Charter (Janji Kami) metrics, tracking, and reporting;
