Position Overview
- Provide day to day support for production applications & environments.
- Analyze, troubleshoot & resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Work with database (SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL) to identify and fix data related problems.
- Utilize Linux commands and scripting for system monitoring and issue resolution.
- Apply DevOps commands related to Podman, Kubernetes & Dockers for containerized.
- Coordinate with vendors for patch management and ensure patches are applied as per guidelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of changes and fixes implemented in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
